Analyzes publicly available blockchain data
Generates risk scores using deterministic heuristics and AI
Offers optional Safety Badge minting for qualifying wallets
Provides shareable security reports

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when using the Service
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
Not scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data without authorization
Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms

4. No Financial Advice

Important: SolenceAi provides informational security analysis only. Our risk scores and AI insights do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and due diligence.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy:

Risk scores are based on available blockchain data at the time of scanning
AI-generated insights may contain errors or omissions
Blockchain data may be incomplete or delayed
Past security posture does not guarantee future safety
The Service should not be your only security consideration

6. Safety Badges

Regarding on-chain Safety Badges:

Badges are SPL tokens minted on Solana
Badges are immutable and cannot be revoked after minting
A badge represents security posture at time of minting only
Wallet security may degrade after badge issuance
Badge holders should re-scan periodically

7. Rate Limits and Access

We impose rate limits to ensure fair usage:

Public tier: 100 scans per IP per hour
Holders users: Unlimited scans per hour
Enterprise: Custom limits available

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of rate limits or Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

SolenceAi and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SolenceAi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our scoring algorithms, AI models, and proprietary technology are confidential and proprietary.

9. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
